For items that are listed as “PREORDER”, please refer to "PREORDER POLICY" for our estimated arrival time.

If the listing title starts with “PREORDER”, that means all items in the listing are preorder for now.

We suggest that pre-ordered items be ordered separately from “in-stock” items, as in-stock merchandise can be shipped immediately. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped when the pre-order is fulfilled.

PREORDER SCHEDULES

We've abandoned our old preorder system, where all the items ordered within certain period will all arrive at certain period of time. This is causing delay for some of the orders and we don't want our customers to be frustrated. 

Starting 2022/5/1, all orders that contain preorder item will guarantee to ship between 3 ~ 5 weeks of the order date. The time includes order from manufacture, manufacture processing item, and manufacture shipping to us. 

    If you do wish to cancel your order, please notify between 48 hours of your order date. Cancelling preorder item after 48 hours will subject to a store credit instead of refund.

    For new releases and out of stock character, we offer pre-order options for customers to get the character that they like. We work exclusively with the artists, production partners and manufactures to ensure we bring the best service and quality to customers.

    Please follow the schedule stated on the "PREORDER SCHEDULES". Once arrived, all items will be getting ready and we will process all preorder orders as fast as we can. 

    Please note that priority mailing wouldn't affect the status of the preorder schedules. If you are in an urgent, please let us know by using the contact form and we will do our best to accommodate.

    Normally, we do not accept cancellation of preorders and they are final sale as they are made specially for you. In an event where the occasion the heels are not required, a store credit will be issued. No refunds on order cancellations. So please take extra care when placing your order.

    ⭐ Made with strong acrylic, double-sided and double board: There are prints on both sides of the keychain, and scratches won’t affect the lovely character at all because the prints are within the double board.

        Please remove the protective films on both sides of the keychain when you received them. Those are meant to be protecting the keychain from production and during shipping. If you are seeing scratches or dents when you received the item, please refer to the above note and remove the protective films.
