The product is directly purchased from Genshin Impact Official Flagship Store on TMall, and all product has MiHoYo verification tag on the packaging. We're not affiliated with MiHoYo.

For preorder items, please check the "PREORDER POLICY" tab for our next pre-order batch arrival time.

We suggest that pre-ordered items be ordered separately from “in-stock” orders, as in stock merchandise can be shipped immediately. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped when the pre-order is fulfilled.

If you are ordering only stickers, they will be sent in a letter without tracking to keep shipping low. You can opt for tracked shipping during checkout.
