For items that are listed as “PREORDER”, please refer to "PREORDER POLICY" for our estimated arrival time.

If the listing title starts with “PREORDER”, that means all items in the listing are preorder for now.

We suggest that pre-ordered items be ordered separately from “in-stock” items, as in-stock merchandise can be shipped immediately. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped when the pre-order is fulfilled.

PREORDER SCHEDULES

We've abandoned our old preorder system, where all the items ordered within certain period will all arrive at certain period of time. This is causing delay for some of the orders and we don't want our customers to be frustrated. 

Starting 2022/5/1, all orders that contain preorder item will guarantee to ship between 3 ~ 5 weeks of the order date. The time includes order from manufacture, manufacture processing item, and manufacture shipping to us. 

    If you do wish to cancel your order, please notify between 48 hours of your order date. Cancelling preorder item after 48 hours will subject to a store credit instead of refund.

    ABOUT

    For new releases and out of stock character, we offer pre-order options for customers to get the character that they like. We work exclusively with the artists, production partners and manufactures to ensure we bring the best service and quality to customers.

    Please follow the schedule stated on the "PREORDER SCHEDULES". Once arrived, all items will be getting ready and we will process all preorder orders as fast as we can. 

    Please note that priority mailing wouldn't affect the status of the preorder schedules. If you are in an urgent, please let us know by using the contact form and we will do our best to accommodate.

    Normally, we do not accept cancellation of preorders and they are final sale as they are made specially for you. In an event where the occasion the heels are not required, a store credit will be issued. No refunds on order cancellations. So please take extra care when placing your order.

    Animon Life Mystery Grab Bag - 2022 Summer Edition. All grab bag is randomized and pre-build, and each bag is worth minimum a DOUBLE VALUE in its retail cost. Please read all the descriptions below carefully before you make a purchase.

    What's the content included? What will I receive?

    Each bag will feature goodies from our shop that we sell currently, or out of stock items from shop but leftover inventory. Everything will be in brand new condition and come in discreet packaging for a mystery surprise.

    You might receive duplicates if you order multiple bags at the same time.

    What's the value in each bag?

    We've only have one bag to choose from at this limited edition. The value is listed on the advertised photo. 

    Please note: If you use coupon at checkout, the bag that you receive will only be double value of what you paid. For example, if you applied a 10% off coupon on one $9.99 bag, then you'll receive the amount of goodies up to $17.99 because you paid $8.99 for the bag.

    Special: Make a Gachapon Wish

    We try to have a different gachapon wish for each of our grab bag. For this time, we ask you to leave us a message on the possible item you wish to receive in the bag.

    At the cart page before checkout, there's a text box that you can leave us a message for the wish. 

    This doesn't guarantee what you'll receive 100%. Please take your own risk as this is a grab bag!

    Please make sure you read the entire description.

    The grab bag is non-refundable and no exchange would be allowed. We're not able to offer a replacement if you order the wrong phone case size.

    Animon's grab bag is similar to fukubukuro, which means lucky bag in English, where we offer our followers to try out some of our creative products at a great discount. We'll release a different type of grab bag each time, and they won't be re-release after it has been sold out.
